Working with Cantinery was a genuine pleasure, and a rare experience as a winemaker. Most caterers approach the food as the main event and treat the wine as accompaniment. Sophia and Erika did the opposite: they designed bites that were beautiful and delicious on their own, but specifically built to highlight what was in the glass.
